Life can feel overwhelming at times – whether you’re carrying anxiety, dealing with grief, navigating a difficult relationship, or simply feeling stuck. You’re not alone. I’m here to help you explore what you’re going through and find a path forward that feels right for you.

I work integratively, drawing on person-centred and cognitive behavioural approaches depending on your unique needs. Therapy with me is collaborative — you set the pace, and I offer a space that’s warm, respectful, and non-judgmental.

In our first session, we’ll talk about what’s brought you to therapy and what you’d like to get out of it. There’s no pressure to have all the answers — we’ll figure things out together.

Pricing

Standard Session Fees

Each session lasts 50 minutes.

  • Face-to-Face Counselling – £50 per session
  • Online Counselling (Zoom) – £45 per session
  • Telephone Counselling – £45 per session

Discounted rates may be available for students, low-income clients, or block bookings – please feel free to ask.

Initial Consultation

I offer a free 20-minute initial consultation (by phone or Zoom) to discuss what brings you to therapy, answer any questions, and see if we feel like a good fit to work together.

Payment

Payment is due before or at the time of the session. Invoices/receipts are available on request.
