How I Can Help
Hi, I’m Rachel, I know that life can feel overwhelming at times, whether you’re carrying anxiety, dealing with grief, navigating a difficult relationship, or simply feeling stuck. You are not alone, and I’m here to help you explore what you’re going through and find a path forward that feels right for you.
I offer support for:
- Anxiety and stress
- Low mood and depression
- Self-esteem and confidence issues
- Relationship or family challenges
- Life transitions (e.g. breakups, career change, parenthood)
- Bereavement and grief
- Trauma and past experiences
- Neurodivergence (e.g. ADHD, Autism, AuDHD)
- Work-related issues
- Coping with chronic illness and other health challenges
- Addictive or compulsive behaviours
- Gender, sexuality, and identity
- Parenting and family roles
- Anger and emotional regulation
- Attachment theory
I work integratively, drawing primarily on person-centred techniques, but also implementing other schools of therapy depending on your unique needs. I am able to provide further resources between sessions to stay on track with your goals and explore areas of interest relevant to you.
Therapy with me is collaborative, you set the pace, and I offer a space that’s warm, respectful, and non-judgmental.
In our first session, we’ll talk about what’s brought you to therapy and what you’d like to get out of it. There’s no pressure to have all the answers, we’ll figure things out together.
If this sounds like the kind of support you’re looking for, I’d love to hear from you. You can book a free consultation through Counselling Directory or contact me directly.
